As you would expect, our principal focus is on
engineers across a number of disciplines and industries, but we also cover related
management positions, especially project managers. Job seekers can
browse through current searches being conducted
by our firm and by our network partners and can
nominate themselves for positions that interest them. Job seekers
should
also upload their resume so that we can keep it in our database,
the first place we look when we begin a search. BTW,
your resume will not be submitted ANYWHERE without your permission.
There are a few things to remember in the current employment marketplace.
- Corporate America is being very picky about who they hire and now
most will only consider candidates who have at least 90% of the
credentials listed on the job requirement. If you do not have 90% of the
desired experience and credentials, most recruiters, including myself,
probably will not consider you for the job.
- Companies are reluctant to relocate prospective employees,
they look locally first,
then regionally.
- Recruiters have more candidates than they can manage. Many
recruiters today have created an online system to process resumes,
following their system improves their ability to get you the job you
want. It puts you in their database; this is the first place a recruiter
looks when he/she has a new search. If you desire to be considered by
